For the past 50 years Waters Construction Company Inc., has continuously adapted to the ever changing needs of our clients and the industry. Incorporated in 1960 in New Milford, Connecticut, Waters Construction Co. Inc. has grown into a Multi-Divisional Construction Company, delivering projects of all sizes and complexities, to a wide variety of clients. Starting in the General Building Industry as a General Contractor, self-performing the site, concrete, and general trades work for residential properties, new schools, commercial offices, retail and industrial buildings. In 1972 Waters Construction entered into heavy and highway work, allowing it to expand its workforce and equipment. In 1981, as the industry was in need of quality site work and Concrete Subcontractors, we again expanded our company into the Subcontracting sector, offering quality work at fair and competitive prices. Now in our 50^th year, with a Bonding Capacity of over 80 million dollars Waters Construction and its management team are well positioned to tackle some of the most challenging projects, for a wide variety of clients.

Our knowledge, experience and a firm understanding of the markets in which we do business has proven to be a valuable tool to owners, architects, and engineers in Pre-Construction Services, Value Engineering, Scheduling, and Budgeting.
