Waters Construction Co. has been doing Sitework since 1981. And in the 30+ years since then, Waters has expanded greatly, both in its amount and type of work, as well as its efficiency and ability. This division today has the capacity to manage and construct projects in the $500,000 to $ 25,000,000 range for both the private sector as well as state and municipalities. Due to its management depth and experience as a general contractor in the road construction division, Waters Construction is extremely well versed at scheduling, project engineering and value engineering. This experience will translate into lower management costs for the owner/construction manager and a higher probability of a timely completion of a project.

Parking Lot rehabilitation, Drainage and Electrical @ Cooperative Educational Services School
25 Oakview Drive
Waters Construction restored the parking facilities at the CES School in Trumbull, CT. A vital part of each day is transporting children safely to and from the facilities and into and out of buildings. Waters was called on to put a safe, efficient and proper plan into action. By providing for easier and safer driving and foot traffic with added and updated lighting to the parking facility, we have enhanced the every day activities at this CES school. This project was particularly rewarding, knowing that we are able to help our youth recieve their education in a timely and safe manner.
