Waters is looking for an energetic, creative, passionate and highly ethical construction professional to be a project engineer for the Heavy Highway and Civil Construction division. The right candidate must have a degree in Civil engineering or Construction Management and 2-4 years’ experience in Construction. Experience in scheduling, sub-contracting, document control, submittals and change orders is a plus.
